As soon as your order has been completed, our installation process gets under way with installing all the necessary server files and map files required, as well as creating a full set of working configs. If it’s a custom game server you’re after then installing the required custom maps, mods and plug-ins is a walk in the park. Our game server control panel gives you the ability to simply select what you want to install, and it then downloads and installs your custom content for you. If you’re wanting to upload your own custom content you can do so just as easy, by either using the built in file manager system, or by uploading your files by ftp directly to your servers directory.

The servers various config files can also be managed just as easy using the file manager. But if it’s a complete customisation you’re after, using the server panel’s config editor function, you can create and tweak config files on the fly, allowing you full control of how your server runs.

Game Details

Also referred to as Half-Life Deathmatch, or simply DMC, Deathmatch Classic is a multiplayer mod of the all-time classic Half-Life, with every fps’ favourite hero Gordon Freeman.

Sometimes seen as a tribute to the work of id Software, Deathmatch Classic thrusts the player into the futurist settings of the Half-Life universe, before assaulting them with its extremely fast paced, trigger happy style of game play.

This fast paced, online fps requires nerves of steel and if you’re to keep up with the hectic out and out frag fest, demands reaction times faster than you can imagine. Definitely one for the nostalgic, but experienced fps gamer.
